Coaching

 

All three of the RDP coaches were former DI collegiate runners with over 10+ years of experience as athletes. Andie currently works as a personal running coach and teaches a strength class specific to runners at RunRaleigh Physical Therapy. Sammy is a health coach and personal trainer working to get her National Academy of Sports Medicine certification. In addition, Sammy & Andie served as volunteer assistant coaches with NC State’s Track & Cross Country program. Tristin was leader of the App State Track & Field and Cross County program and now works for Fleet Feet where she has experience advising runners of all ages and abilities.

Weekly Runs

We will be having three weekly runs.

  • Tuesday Coached Speed Sessions starting at 6 PM in various locations.
  • Thursday Social Run at Runologie starting at 6 PM.
  • Sunday Long Runs at 10 AM meeting in various locations.
